Overview

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Pleo CLI, a command-line interface for the Pleo expense management platform ("Service"), operated by Happenings Group A/S, CVR 40979956 ("we", "us", "our").

Acceptance of Terms

By installing, accessing, or using Pleo CLI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.

Service Description

Pleo CLI is an unofficial, third-party command-line tool that interfaces with the Pleo platform. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Pleo Technologies A/S. The Service includes:

• A CLI application for managing expenses, viewing balances, browsing teams, and exploring company data
• 113 commands covering expenses, cards, accounting, export, integrations, and more
• Cross-platform support for macOS, Linux, and Windows

Accounts & Authentication

You authenticate with Pleo CLI using your existing Pleo account via browser-based login. We do not store your Pleo password. Authentication tokens are stored locally on your device. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and tokens.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or to violate Pleo's terms of service
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service beyond what is permitted by law
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to Pleo's systems through the Service
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Service
• Use the Service to scrape, harvest, or collect data at scale
• Interfere with the operation of the Service or its infrastructure

Intellectual Property

Pleo CLI is owned by Happenings Group A/S. "Pleo", the Pleo logo, and related marks are trademarks of Pleo Technologies A/S and are used here solely for descriptive purposes. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners. The Service source code, binaries, and documentation remain the property of Happenings Group A/S.

Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with future changes to the Pleo platform. We are not responsible for the accuracy, availability, or quality of data provided by Pleo.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Happenings Group A/S shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. You may stop using the Service at any time by running pleo logout and deleting the binary. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Denmark. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Aarhus, Denmark.
